Welcome to Red Angle Fishing Products’ Customer Service Page. We understand there may be a time when you need to return or exchange your fishing product order. We are committed to providing you with the best experience possible, so we’ve made our return and exchange policy simple to understand. Keep in mind that our fishing baits are made to order to provide the best quality available.

Fishing Baits

The customer may return unopened and unused fishing baits within 15 days from the purchase date for a full refund, excluding shipping costs. Items must be returned in the same condition and packaging they were received, or a refund will be denied. The customer is responsible for shipping costs when returning their fishing bait(s) back to Red Angle Fishing Products. The refund amount will be credited back to the original form of payment once the return is received, inspected and processed.

If the fishing bait(s) are opened and/or used, the customer may only exchange items for equal or lesser value within 15 days from the purchase date. Baits and packaging will be inspected for damage, usage, etc. by Red Angle Fishing Products upon reception. If the returned item(s) is damaged, an exchange will be declined and sent back to you at your expense. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs to return and receive their exchanged fishing baits.

Customized Fishing Baits

Since customized fishing baits are made specifically to a customer’s request, there will not be an option for a return, refund, or exchange.

Fishing Apparel, Clothing, T-Shirts, & Hats

The customer may return unopened and unworn apparel within 15 days from the purchase date for a full refund, excluding shipping costs. Items must be returned in the same condition and packaging they were received, or a refund will be denied. The customer is responsible for shipping costs when returning their fishing apparel back to Red Angle Fishing Products. The refund amount will be credited back to the original form of payment once the return is received, inspected and processed.

If the purchased apparel is opened and/or worn, the customer may only exchange items for equal or lesser value within 15 days from the purchase date. The apparel will be inspected for stains, damage, etc. by Red Angle Fishing Products upon reception. If the returned item(s) is damaged, an exchange will be declined and sent back to you at your expense. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs to return and receive their exchanged fishing apparel.
