I honestly got the zeke craw because my boys love throwing the creature baits, so i let them pick a few colors each. Throwing then into the lilly pads on a small lake in northern Michigan and they were consistently catching 4lb bass off them! We purchased the brown colors and the sparkly blue ones and the bass seemed to be ripping them regardless of color! We rigged them weightless on 3/0 texas hooks and the boys had a blast. Even my 6 year old who puts little to no action on then pulled in his personal best 4.5lb largemouth on a smaller kiddy rod. The drag was screaming and we made a memory he’ll never forget!

I only had a few of these baits to try while practice fishing for my MLF Toyota Series event on Santee Cooper.
Being a tough bite, I was switching things up trying to find something that worked. So, switching trailers, I put the Zeke Craw on a swim jig and I started catching fish.
Being that the water was a bit dark, It was hard to judge what the difference was for the fish, but I intend to get more of these and play with them a bit and truly find their sweet spot.
